Jan-Olivier joined 3i in 2007 and focuses on originating and executing TMT buyout investments across Europe.
Prior to joining 3i, Jan-Olivier worked in investment banking at Jefferies Broadview where he focused on media and technology. Jan-Olivier advised on a number of transactions, including Microsoft's acquisition of ScreenTonic, Amdoc’s acquisition of Cramer and Wavecom’s acquisition of the M2M Communications Business Unit of Sony Ericsson. Prior to joining Jefferies Broadview, Jan-Olivier held software development positions at Roche (US) and Ascom (Switzerland). |
