Benjamin Hom

Bio

Mr. Hom is a Managing Director of St. Cloud. Previously, Mr. Hom worked in the Investment Banking Group at Bear, Stearns & Company, where his experience included mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, public and private equity offerings, and debt financings. Mr. Hom focused on middle market clients in a variety of industries including business services, restaurants, communications, technology, and health care services. His prior experience also includes working at KPMG and Parnassus Investments. He currently serves as a Director on the boards of Midnite Air Corp., Cinnaworks LLC and Sweet Candy LLC. Mr. Hom also serves as a Board Observer of Tuff Shed, Inc. Mr. Hom received a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles.
