Charlie Troup

Bio

Joined Duke Street as a Partner in 2006 and has worked on a number of their recent deals including leading the acquisition and restructuring of SandpiperCI. Came from Permira joining in 1995, becoming a partner in 2001. While there worked on a range of transactions including TGE, Memec, Inmarsat and the AA. Before Permira, Mr Troup spent two years with HSBC Private Equity (now Montagu Private Equity) on secondment from Deloitte and Touche Corporate Finance and was a senior manager specialising in raising private equity for MBI/MBO deals. Degree in mechanical engineering from Imperial College, London, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
