David C Mariano

Bio

David C. Mariano joined Wellspring as a partner in 1997. He previously spent six years at The Blackstone Group where he was most recently a managing director in the restructuring group. At Blackstone, David advised numerous clients on a wide variety of complex corporate turnarounds, debt restructurings, out-of-court workouts and Chapter 11 reorganizations, representing both creditor groups and debtors. Prior to joining Blackstone, David was a senior manager in the Corporate Finance Department of Ernst & Young, where he was involved in numerous mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and an MBA from Duke University.
