David Yuan

Bio

David Yuan focuses on software, internet, and information services and joined TCV in 2005.Prior to joining TCV, David was an investment professional with JPMorgan Partners, a global private equity firm where he focused on software and internet investments. Prior to JPMorgan Partners, David was an early employee and director of business development at 1stUp which was sold successfully to CMGi, and a management consultant in the San Francisco office of Bain & Company. David currently serves on the boards of ExactTarget, LogicLab, Merkle, Seismic Micro-Technology and has been involved in the firm’s investments in Facebook, Global360, Homeaway, Oak Pacific Interactive, and OSIsoft. He received an AB in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
