Elena Palgova

Bio

From 2005 to 2006 Ms Palgova was a part of corporate and M&A group of Baker & McKenzie representing clients on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, capital markets transactions and advising on related corporate matters. From 2002 to 2005 Ms Palgova was a partner of Capital Legal Services Ltd and advised a number of clients on structuring and making foreign investments and trade in Russia. From 1998 to 2000 Ms Palgova worked in the Moscow office of a Sweden law firm Mannheimer Swartling where she concentrated on dispute resolution, enforcement of decisions of international tribunals, protection of intellectual property and development projects. Ms Palgova is a 1997 graduate of MGIMO (University) and 2001 graduate of Cornell Law School (Ithaca, US).
