Hilary Dexter

Bio

Hilary leads executive recruiting for Water Street and its group of healthcare companies. Prior to joining Water Street, Hilary helped establish the executive recruiting function at Hewitt Associates, a global human resources company. She led recruitment of senior executives across the company’s key business segments. Previously, Hilary was a partner with a boutique executive search firm, where she recruited senior talent for global companies including Chase, Pfizer and IBM. Earlier in her career, Hilary gained experience in corporate relocation and executive outplacement, working with companies including The Travelers and Lee Hecht Harrison. Hilary received a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University. She earned a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Loyola University.
