Jackie Zider joined HarbourVest's direct investment group as an associate in 2009 to focus on sourcing, reviewing, executing, and monitoring direct investments. Jackie joined the Firm from Morgan Stanley in New York, where she was an investment banking analyst in the Global Power & Utility Group, focusing on mergers, acquisitions and debt and equity financings. Her prior experience includes an analyst position in the Corporate Finance Group at Morgan Stanley in San Francisco, where she focused on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions. She received an A.B. in Molecular Biology from Princeton in 2006. Jackie is conversational in French and Italian.Career
