As Director of Recruiting, Ms Loebbaka works with Bay’s portfolio companies to assist in their recruiting and human capital needs. Prior to joining Bay, Ms Loebbaka was an Associate with Russell Reynolds Associates in Menlo Park, California, where she led executive-level assignments in the software and hardware practices. Previously, Ms Loebbaka was Senior Manager of Global Branding & Strategic Marketing at Life Fitness, the largest commercial fitness equipment manufacturer in the world. In this role, Ms Loebbaka was responsible for directing global brand marketing campaigns and new product launches, as well as customizing global marketing strategies to local markets. Ms Loebbaka holds both Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.
