Kenneth W. Moore, Managing Director, joined First Reserve in 2004. Mr. Moore has overall responsibility for the Firm's capital markets activities both in existing portfolio companies and with regard to new acquisitions. His responsibilities also include investment origination, structuring, monitoring and exit strategy. Mr. Moore is a member of the Firm's Operating Committee. Prior to joining First Reserve, Mr. Moore spent four years with Morgan Stanley as a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Capital Markets group. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he spent three years with Chase Securities working in the Global Syndicated Finance Group focusing primarily on financial sponsor transactions. Mr. Moore holds a B.A. degree from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
