Bio
Matt Souza is a senior portfolio associate who joined the secondary investment team in 2005. He is involved in all aspects of the team's activities, primarily focusing on analysis and monitoring of all of HarbourVest's secondary transactions. Matt joined HarbourVest from HLM Venture Partners, where he spent four years as a financial analyst and assistant controller. His prior experience also includes working as an auditor in Ernst & Young's financial services group. Matt received a BS (cum laude) in Accounting from Boston College in 1997 and an MBA from Babson College in 2003.
