Richard DeNardis

Bio

Rich DeNardis joined Lake Capital in 2011. He is responsible for evaluating investments, structuring transactions, conducting due diligence, negotiating transaction and financing agreements and monitoring portfolio company investments. Prior to joining Lake Capital, Rich worked at GTCR GolderRauner where he focused on mid-market leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments across a variety of industries, including transaction processing, information and analytics, telecommunications, financial services and technology-enabled services. Rich began his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Rich received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
