Sean Schickedanz

Bio

Sean has made over thirty early stage venture investments in the last 12 years, including OpenTable (NASDAQ: OPEN), ACA Financial, ProClarity (acquired by MSFT), CallTower, USBX (acquired by Imperial Capital), SunLink, Marrone Bio Innovations, Carbonflow and American Efficient. He has been a director of twelve start-ups at various stages of development. Prior to co-founding Clean Pacific Ventures, he was Managing Partner at Sunflower Capital Partners, a generalist early stage venture fund. He was previously a Managing Director and group head within the consumer investment banking practice of Montgomery Securities after beginning his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Sean currently sits on the board of portfolio companies Carbonflow, Marrone Bio Innovations and American Efficient. Sean also serves on the Advisory Board of Bay Grove Capital. Sean received a BA in English from Brigham Young University, and a JD and an MBA from Duke University.
