An American national, has over 20 years’ business management, marketing and customer management experience from various FMCG companies in the US and the UK. Most recently was Business Director for Wall’s, Unilever’s ice cream business in the UK. Previously, managed a Unilever European ice cream innovation centre. Before joining Unilever in Europe, worked in marketing and customer management for Klondike Ice Cream (acquired by Unilever), Tropicana Products Inc and Frito Lay, a division of Pepsico, all in the US. Held board positions with Langholm’s investments in Lumene, Farmos, Dorset Cereals and Tyrrells. Business degree and MBA from The University of Kansas.
