Mr Kohut has 25 years of broad based financial advisory and operating experience for both public and private companies. As a senior financial executive, Mr Kohut’s areas of expertise include accounting, policies and controls, project management, strategic planning, executing M&As, IPOs and restructuring transactions. Mr Kohut has been successful in managing public and private company operations as well as executing strategic transactions and public filing requirements to transform companies and create value. Prior to Quadrangle, Mr Kohut worked as a senior executive in financial and operating capacities at the Siegfried Group, Ernst & Young and MacAndrews & Forbes.
