Tim Dugan

Bio

Mr Dugan is a member of the founding team at Water Street. With nearly 20 years of experience in the private equity industry, he has completed more than $3 billion of transactions in healthcare and life sciences companies. Prior to founding Water Street, he was a founder and partner with First Chicago Equity Capital. He was appointed Managing Partner in 1999, and the following year helped establish and build One Equity Partners, the $5.5 billion private equity arm of JP Morgan Chase. Mr Dugan serves as a Director of AAIPharma, Facet Technologies, HealthPlan Holdings and Sarnova. He is a former Director of Medex (Chairman), Kendro Laboratory Products, AbilityOne (Chairman), Inovision, LifeStream International, M~Wave (NASDAQ), Daka International (NASDAQ), DMAC, Central States Network and Integration Alliance Corporation. Mr Dugan received bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
