Bio

Brad joined the Radnor office of Lovell Minnick as a Senior Associate in April 2009. His primary responsibilities include researching investment ideas, evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions and working with the management teams of portfolio companies. Prior to Lovell Minnick, Brad was an Investment Banking Associate in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Financial Institutions Group, where he focused on transactions involving commercial and trust banks, asset managers and financial technology companies. Previously, Brad was an Assistant Vice President in Bank of America’s Finance Group, where he was responsible for managing the financial reporting and budgeting for the bank’s global call center operations. Brad began his career in a strategic development group within Wachovia Corporation, now part of Wells Fargo Corporation. Brad received an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
