Extensive experience in business lending. Spent 25 years at NatWest Bank initially as an Assistant Business Manager before being promoted to Business Manager. Portfolio consisted of SMEs with turnovers of up to £1m, primarily within the retail sector. In final role as a Business Manager in Liverpool, dealt with the funding and banking requirements of over 1,000 SMEs. At AFM Ms Bolland manages a range of transactions, usually in the £3k to £150k bracket, and has particular experience in the not for profit/social enterprise sector.
