Bio

Joined the investment team in London in January 2008 evaluating prospective transactions as well as being heavily involved in the origination of new opportunities. Led the investment in ICS and sits on the board. Before joining Inflexion, was a Managing Director at Close Brothers where he advised on private equity transactions and IPOs, working on deals such as Saga, Gala, Tragus, SmartStream and NCP. During his time at Close, acted as both Head of the IPO and Management Advisory practice and co-head of the Technology team. Prior to this, was a Director in the European Technology team and UK Mid-market team at UBS Warburg. Bachelor of Accountancy and Finance (Hons) from Dundee University.
