Andrew Dumke

Bio

Mr Dumke is the founder and CEO of CloudBreak Capital, LLC; an entity focused on LBO and MBO transactions on the west coast of the United States in manufacturing, distribution, and services. In this capacity, he serves on the boards of TCHO Ventures, a chocolate manufacturer in the bay area, and VCC Optoelectronics, a pioneer in solid state lighting and indication products. Prior to CloudBreak, Mr Dumke was chairman, CEO and co-founder of Avexus, a software 500 provider of enterprise software solutions to the global aerospace and defense industry. Mr. Dumke was the visionary behind the company's unique "ground up" corporate structure, and strategically positioned Avexus as the MRO solution provider for complete enterprise resource planning and integration with existing corporate enterprise applications. Prior to Avexus, Mr. Dumke was a General Partner with PMF, a private investment firm specializing in acquiring, financing and building companies. PMF successfully financed and sold (through strategic sale or an Initial Public Offering) several companies in the software, telecommunications, and Web eCommerce markets. During his tenure, Mr. Dumke personally sourced, structured, negotiated and monitored investments in GA Express, Brainstorm Networks and Assist Cornerstone Technologies. In addition, he was jointly responsible for investments in Respond, LightOptronics and DataWorks/Epicor. Before joining PMF, Mr. Dumke founded Wave Software, a company that designed, programmed and successfully licensed a series of financial applications for Windows. Prior to Wave Software, Mr. Dumke co-founded Sterling Pacific, a software company that ported UNIX typesetting tools to the desktop PC platform.
