Bio

Andrew S. Cohen joined First Atlantic Capital in April 2010. He has over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining First Atlantic, he was a Partner at AREA Property Partners (formerly Apollo Real Estate Advisors) for 13 years, where he was involved in the acquisition, asset management and development of over $4.0 billion of real estate properties. Prior to joining AREA, he was Senior Vice President at Park Tower Realty, a developer of Class-A office buildings primarily in the New York City and Washington D.C. metro areas, where he was responsible for finance. Mr. Cohen has an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School , and a BA from Brown University .
