Anurag Mehrotra

Bio

He is responsible for presenting and managing real estate investments across India for the benefit of the Fund at ABP. He has over ten years of experience in the field of Banking, Real Estate Finance & Investments and Real Estate Brokerage. Prior to returning to India, he was with KeyBank Real Estate Capital. At KeyBank, he was responsible for origination of construction & interim loans, long-term commercial mortgages and equity/mezzanine investments for investment-grade income producing properties including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, warehouse, manufactured housing and self-storage across the United States. Prior to leaving for US, he was formerly employed with companies in India like Colliers International (formerly known as Colliers Jardine) and Contract Advertising. MBA from Case Western Reserve University – Cleveland, Ohio, A master’s degree in Advertising and Communications from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and Bachelor of Science - Mathematics from the University of Mumbai (Bombay). Also graduated from the University of Shopping Centers at the campus of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in association with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
