Bruce Frank

Bio

Bruce’s nearly 20 years of legal lending and banking experience span numerous corporate and law firm positions. Previously, Bruce served as General Counsel for Merrill Lynch Capital, as General Counsel and Managing Director for GE Capital’s Merchant Banking Group and as Chief Counsel for Heller Financial’s Corporate Finance business. He was also a member of each of these organizations’ Management Committee, Credit Committee and Loan Work-Out Committee. Bruce’s responsibilities included advising senior management about a full range of corporate legal issues, as well as structuring, negotiating, closing, monitoring and working-out commercial loan transactions. His legal expertise includes corporate finance; real estate, equipment and healthcare finance; private equity investments; bank regulatory compliance; securitizations; and litigation management. Bruce began his career as an Associate at the law firm of Goldberg Kohn Ltd. He earned J.D. and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Michigan.
