Bio
Mr Bales was a Director of McKinsey & Company Inc, the international management consulting firm, where he held senior level positions, including founding and leading the firm's worldwide practice in media and communications and leading the firm's practice in information technology. He retired in 1998 as a director of McKinsey to devote his full energies to Wicks. Mr Bales graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
