16 years of private equity experience. Was with Bank of America for 2 years before joining 3i and spent 15 years prior to founding Exponent. At 3i, was joint head of the London buyout business and specifically responsible for building and heading the media team. Ws involved in a significant number of high profile investments including Pinewood-Shepperton Studios, Telemedia, Mediatel, Fonecta, MORI, Mill Digital Media and Coutts Consulting, with transactions with an enterprise value in excess of £1bn. Works with Exponent's investment in Durrants. Economics at the University of Manchester before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London.
