Bio
Christine Horan joined HarbourVest in 2008 as Vice President and Compliance Officer responsible for maintaining the Firm's compliance program under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. She joined HarbourVest from Bain Capital in Boston, where she was the Corporate Compliance Officer responsible for overseeing and expanding compliance infrastructure programs across all global business units. Prior to that, Christine spent two years as an Assistant Vice President and Compliance Officer at Evergreen Investments in Boston. Her other experience includes financial and compliance roles at Fidelity Investments. Christine received a BA from St. Anselm College in 1990 and an MS in criminal justice from Suffolk University in 2003.
