Bio

From 1994 through 1997, Mr. Stromberg practiced corporate and business law with Mr. Giraudo at Coblentz, Cahen McCabe & Breyer, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions work for clients in a variety of industries including food, consumer products and energy.  Prior to his tenure at Coblentz, Mr. Stromberg practiced business, corporate and securities law at Manwell & Milton, a San Francisco law firm which acted as general counsel for Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream. Mr. Stromberg is a Co-Founder and Partner of GESD and serves on the board of Milton’s Baking Company.  Mr. Stromberg’s responsibilities at GESD include deal generation and evaluation, transaction management, firm administration and legal affairs and investor relations. Prior to joining GESD, Mr. Stromberg was the Assistant General Counsel responsible for commercial matters for PG&E Energy Services, a national energy services provider with more than $600 million in annual sales. Mr. Stromberg holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from American University and a JD from Hastings' College of the Law.
