Geoff Broglio

Bio

Geoff Broglio joined Hudson in October 2008. His responsibilities include investment origination, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, monitoring and exit strategy. Mr. Broglio has been actively involved with investments in Hudson’s current and past portfolio companies, including Recurrent Energy and Calisolar. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Broglio was an Associate at First Reserve, a $12 billion energy-focused private equity firm. At First Reserve Mr. Broglio focused on due diligence, acquisition financing and monitoring. Prior to that, he was an investment banking Analyst at Citigroup in the financial sponsors group, where he assisted in the execution of public equity, bank debt, bond and merger and acquisition transactions for private equity clients and their portfolio companies. Mr. Broglio graduated from Virginia Tech with BS degrees in Finance and Business Information Technology.
