Herbert Chang

Bio

Mr. Herbert Chang is a co-Founder, General Partner and CEO of InveStar Capital, Inc. Mr. Chang sits on the Board of Directors of several hi-tech companies including Oplink (NASDAQ: OPLK) and Marvell Technology (NASDAQ: MRVL). Before founding InveStar Capital, Mr. Chang was a Senior Vice President at WK Technology Fund. Prior to that, he was an Associate Vice President of Dynalab Technology Inc. where he was responsible for the sales of fonts, software and peripheral products in the Greater China market. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Chang was with Acer Inc. as an Associate Vice President and Special Assistant to Chairman. He was also a Product Manager for the 386 series computers and was responsible for the distribution business of computer software and peripherals, as well as the development of the multimedia business. Mr. Chang received his Master of Business Administration degree from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan in 1986 and a Bachelor of Science degree from National Taiwan University in 1984.
