Bio

J.P. Bauman is a Senior Associate of Perseus. Prior to joining Perseus in 2006, Mr. Bauman worked at One Equity Partners, the private equity arm of JPMorgan. He was involved in all aspects of the investment process at One Equity Partners, including leading the financial and operational due diligence of prospective investments, participating in the execution of transactions, and monitoring portfolio companies. Mr. Bauman has also worked in the commercial banking and private wealth management divisions of JPMorgan and in the marketing department of the Kellogg Company. Mr. Bauman holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
