Jeff Miehe

Bio

Prior to Windjammer, Jeff was a Principal with Industrial Growth Partners (IGP), a private equity firm focused exclusively on the manufacturing sector, where he was also a member of the Investment Committee. While at IGP, Jeff played a significant role in a number of successful investments and had responsibility for sourcing, evaluating and executing portfolio company investments as well as managing portfolio company divestitures and monitoring several portfolio companies. Jeff served as a director of several IGP portfolio companies including AmerCable Incorporated, Jonathan Engineered Solutions, The Felters Company, and Weasler Engineering Inc and as an observer of Thermal Sensing Products Inc and Power Protection Products Inc. Prior to IGP, Jeff was a Principal with Kerlin Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based mergers and acquisitions boutique where he provided strategic and M&A advice to middle market entrepreneurial companies as well as larger corporations. Jeff is a graduate of Stanford University and has a BS in Industrial Engineering. Jeff currently serves on the boards of BBB Industries and Pasternack Enterprises.
