John A Caruso

Bio

Mr Caruso is a Managing Director of Amphion Innovations US Inc and leads its intellectual property efforts. He brings over 25 years of experience in IP, startup activities, and general and FDA counsel and business roles. Mr Caruso was an associate with the Fish and Neave patent law firm, a patent attorney with Bristol-Myers Squibb and Baxter International, and General Counsel of Enzon Pharmaceuticals and Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he has had business roles of Vice President Regulatory Affairs and Business Development in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr Caruso has served as a consultant to and board member of biotech, startup companies. Mr Caruso is a graduate of Ohio State University with a BSc in Physiology, and of Cleveland State University Law School.
