Bio
Previously, Mr. Imhoff was an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Consumer Retail Group of the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Imhoff advised public and private companies and financial sponsors on a variety of sell-side, buy-side and M&A transactions and was responsible for completing all valuation and due diligence analysis. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Imhoff was an Analyst in the Private Markets Group at DuPont Capital Management where he assisted Senior Portfolio Managers in making private equity and real estate investments. Mr. Imhoff earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
