Bio

Manish has over 15 years of Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory experience in India. He has advised corporates from across sectors including consumers, infrastructure, media, financial services, natural resources, metals, education etc. Apart from having wide relationships and deep sector knowledge he also has valuable experience of working across investment banking products including Private Equity advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, structuring, financial engineering and valuations. Manish was instrumental in setting up Mid Market investment banking practice at Kotak Mahindra Group and as head of the practice led many transactions. He brings deep expertise in proactive deal sourcing, structuring, valuation and negotiations. One of the critical skill sets which he adds to the team is strategizing exits with a view to maximize value since he has extensive experience on IPOs and strategic sale He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and was an All India rank holder from November 1995 batch. Before TVS Capital Manish has worked with SBI Capital Markets, Ernst & Young- Corporate Finance and with Kotak Investment Banking.
