Bio
Over 14 years of experience in the securitisation market and has arranged transactions for a broad range of asset classes including infrastructure, equipment leases, commercial mortgages, auto loans, trade receivables, loan portfolios and residential mortgages. Prior to joining Henderson in 2007, worked for UBS’ securitisation team for 10 years, focusing on corporate and whole business securitisation. Major transactions included the Network Rail’s £20 billion Debt Issuance Programme, BAA’s defence of the Ferrovial bid and the £1.25 billion securitisation of Section 1 of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. Also has extensive experience in the concession-based infrastructure sector and has advised bidders on capital markets financing for a range of projects. Chartered Accountant and has an MA from Cambridge University.
