Neil Schaefer

Bio

Mr Schaefer joins GenNx effective June 1, 2010 as Vice President. Neil has over nine years of financial industry experience, most recently as Vice President at Friend Skoler & Co, a private equity firm focusing on middle market companies. Prior to joining FSC, he held several roles in the Investment Bank of JPMorgan Chase in New York. Most recently, he was an Associate in the Strategy group, where he advised executive management on high priority strategic initiatives. He previously worked in the firm's Healthcare and Consumer Products Investment Banking Group, where he provided M&A advisory and capital raising support for pharmaceutical, medical products, and healthcare services clients, as well as in a financial services-focused investment fund. Mr Schaefer holds an AB in Political Economy from Princeton University and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.
