Bio
Mr Sawaf is currently the Chairman and CEO of Yellowstone. Prior to founding Yellowstone with his brother Bashar Sawaf, Mr Sawaf was the President of Capital Guidance Corporation, the US subsidiary of a global investment group with core operations in real estate, international trade and distribution and private equity. In addition to Mr Sawaf 's current chief executive responsibilities at Yellowstone, he is also very active in the leadership of other Yellowstone companies, including Yellowstone Life Sciences, L.P., Yellowstone Brands, Ltd., Yellowstone Energy Products, L.P. and Yellowstone Energy Ventures, L.P. Mr Sawaf 's previous business development experiences includes the acquisition/development/investment of several companies such as Utopia Spring Water, Huxtable's Foods, Master Tile (building products), Chung's Foods, Agennix (biotech), Grayloc Products (oilfield) and United Meridian Corp. (oil & gas). Mr Sawaf served on the board of the following companies; Utopia Spring Water, Huxtable's Foods, Master Tile, Chung's Foods, Agennix, Grayloc Products and United Meridian Corp. Mr Sawaf holds a BS in industrial and systems engineering from Ohio State University and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
