Peter Feinstein

Bio

Peter co-founded BioVentures Investors with Marc Goldberg in 1999. He has advocated for, participated in and championed the biotechnology industry for over 26 years. Peter has advised a broad range of life science companies on public offerings, mergers, limited partnerships, private placements, and start-ups. He pioneered the approach of establishing valuation based on scientific and business achievements prior to product sales. Peter is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Cylene Pharmaceuticals, Rcadia Medical Imaging, Hydrocision and Momelan Technologies. He has also been a board member at HospitalCare Online, nTouch Research Corp., New Chemical Entities, BioValve Technologies, sGC Pharmaceuticals, and Sciona, Inc., where he served as CEO during a six-month interim period. He received his B.A. degree in English Literature from New York University in 1969.
