William Burns

Bio

Mr. Burns is an Analyst at Fairmount Partners. Prior to joining Fairmount, Bill spent approximately four years as a member of the Transaction Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided financial due diligence and other M&A advisory services to a wide range of private equity firms and multinational corporations. During his tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bill was involved in over 40 potential transactions, primarily within the healthcare, technology, IT and business services, manufacturing, renewable energy and other regulated utilities industries. Mr. Burns earned a Masters Degree in Accounting and Professional Consulting from Villanova University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is currently a Level 3 Candidate in the CFA Program.
